Stockarama 23 will be from Friday, May 19 until Sunday May 21, 2023. Drop off and pick up will be from the gymnasium. Further details with times and cost will be sent home and posted in the coming weeks.

STOCKARAMA '23 INFORMATION

May 6th May 10th

Deadline to notify Jim about attending. Reserve a spot and pay here

May 19th - 21st

Money due $85/boy due to a very generous donation we can drop the price to $75/boy same price as 4 years ago

May 19th

6 - 6:15 - sign in time at the gym. Have all your gear packed AND labeled. It is easiest to have clothes and sleeping bag inside a large plastic bag with the boy's name on the outside. We have a bus to transport us to Stockarama. Arrive at gym, check in, hand in gear, hand in Burger King Money, listen to instructions.

May 21st

We are leaving camp at approx. 10:45-11:00. On the ride home we will be stopping at Burger King (waiting for bus confirmation). The boy's will receive their fast food money collected on Friday.

12:45± - Bus returns to Gym for pick up. Please be waiting at the gymnasium.

DIRECTIONS TO CAMP HICKORY HILL

We will be returning to the gym about 1:00pm on Sunday, please plan on being at the gymnasium before that time.

Orchard Park Wesleyan Cabin’s 7 & 8. Only call in the event of an emergency as it can be time consuming for camp to track me down. My cell may work at camp and that number is 716-536-4077.

Directions to Camp Hickory Hill
Route 20A through East Aurora
Stay on 20A and go through Varysburg,
just past Varysburg on the right is Rt. 98
Right on 98, look for Centerline Road on the right
Right on Centerline, go up the hill - Camp Hickory Hill on Right hand side

Drive into camp and ask someone where Cabin 8 is.

(Alternate route that is easier on cars - Route 20A through East Aurora after you pass Berncliff Golf Course look for Maxom Road on the RIGHT, right hand turn on Maxom go straight until you reach Centerline Road, should be the first stop sign. Make a left on Centerline - camp will be on the left hand side)
