Welcome to BrigadeCadets #2047

Stockade Cadets & Battalion Cadets #2047 are part of Christian Service Brigade and the Calvinist Cadet Corps. Since 1962 CSB #2047 has been a part of a local Orchard Park church. In 2024, that church decided to end their boys ministry and move in a different direction. CSB 2047 is now a ministry from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 53 West Falls Rd, West Falls, NY. Only 3 miles down the road (directions here) from our old location. St. Paul's ses the importance to mentor and influence boys in our areas.

Stockade (Wednesdays 7-8:30pm).

An active group aimed at the junior age boy.

Boys have a structured and organized meeting time of games, post time (small groups), crafts, special events and story circle
Stockade also takes part in many extra activities which include, overnights, game nights, camping trips, pinewood derby, reptile night, Summer Camp and others!

Battalion Cadets is currently not active. It will return in the near future.

A group whose purpose is to build leadership capabilities in today's teen.
An organized and structured weekly meeting where teens are given leadership responsibilities.
Games, Squad Meeting (small groups), Captain's Special and Council Ring make up the weekly meeting.
Special activities consist of overnights, camping, canoe trips, rocket cars to name a few. In the past Battalion has also made their own wood strip canoes for our yearly canoe trips.
